On our way home

We have left Dol-y-Moch and we are on our way home. We have had a fantastic time and made some memories to last forever. 
We should be back at school approximately 1.00pm

Last day memory making

The sun came out for our last day at Dol-y-Moch! Both groups have spent time on an beautiful beach exploring and scrambling over the rocks. 
 

We also had fun on the lake kayaking, learnt the skills and then used them to play games.

Many of the children had heard about the famous Dol-y-Moch dive, and now most of the children have done the Dol-y-Moch dive! They are looking forward to telling their family and friends about it tomorrow. 
 

Mountain and Mine Day

Today we spilt into two groups and ventured up a mountain. We worked together to help and encourage each other. We went into a mine and had an adventure exploring different parts. We had our lunch underground and experienced complete darkness!
 

This evening we worked as a team and took part in the nightline. It is a wonderfully clear night here in Wales and after the nightline we took some time to look at the beautiful night sky. 

Good morning from Dol-y-Moch

Year 6 are up after a good nights sleep. We have had a busy morning, having breakfast, making lunch and doing our jobs. We are nearly ready and looking forward to an exciting day of activities.

 We have arrived safely, and enjoyed our first meal together. 
 

We have had a busy night getting ready for our stay, learning our way around and getting our kit.
